On confirmation of booking we require a 20% deposit, which is non refundable. The balance must be payed in full no later than 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
However, we will accept late bookings providing the villa is available and we receive immediate payment in full.
We will also require a security deposit of £200, which is refundable after departure providing all is well.
